I was checking out the USCIS page today for updates and my heart suddenly skipped a beat as I saw the processing dates for the I129F's, that's a petition for a fiancee visa. It had literally been updated today, and it said they were processing applications recieved on July 1st! Mark and I put our forms in on June 28th. So I hurriedly and excitedly told him our letter might be on it's way. Until I suddenly I remembered that I could check the status online, and we both rushed to check it, and this is the message that appeared:
"Current Status:
This case has been approved. On August 31, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
:-D!!!!
We've been approved. I'm going back to the US with Mark after Christmas! :) All I have to do now is fill out some more forms, and go to an interview with the US embassy in London. I'm so happy. I just can't stop smiling. :)
